The result of our in-depth K-means cluster analysis process was four unique segments – Rallyers, Reminiscers, Reconnecters and Resisters.
They can easily be identified in the table below, according to their personality types, on the basis of their current activity (either higher or lower), and their potential for future engagement (higher or lower).
