Seven Question Edition – Best Option
The best R4 Matrix questionnaire uses seven questions and scores at 83% accuracy. (Each segment is scored above 80% accuracy, except for Reminiscers who score at 78.5%). If it better reflects your institution, you may use the word ‘school’ in place of ‘university’ in these options.
Using a scale of one to ten, where ten is ‘completely agree’ and one is ‘completely disagree’ please rate the following seven statements for the degree they match your actions and expectations.

Six-Question Edition – Acceptable Option
If you prefer a shorter question, the following R4 Matrix version scores at 82% overall accuracy (also strong), but classifies Reminiscers at a lower 74.3% accuracy. This is why Campbell Rinker prefers the seven question version. Again, feel free to use the word ‘school’ instead of ‘university’ if this reflects your institution better.
