Case Study: Higher-Ed Positioning Study

A top-10 US science school sought to assess perceptions among its industry vis-à-vis other schools, thereby improving its opportunities for winning research grants from industry.  The research plan from Campbell Rinker included personal interviews among non-alumni industry leaders, alumni leaders, and other deans and a survey among alumni and non-alumni industry leaders.  Campbell Rinker identified specific perceptions for improved reputation among peers and alumni, preliminary to generating stronger response to the institution’s research grant proposals. Methodology: Depth Interviews
