Case Study: International Staff Education Survey

An international organization with a presence in 191 countries asked Campbell Rinker to help assess staff opinions and attitudes on training in the financial planning benefits at the organization and staff financial health.  Out of the study, the client identified the need for a new financial mentoring program to benefit the younger staff by providing much-needed advice and training.  The home office found this program to be a way it could expand its services and fulfill its mandate to workers.  Initially the program focused on mentoring college students and young professionals, followed by additional programs tailored for other demographic groups.  The organization is pleased that the report findings will ultimately result in timely and essential new programs.  Methodology: Online Survey
