Case Study: Long-term Arts Visitor Study

From 2012 to 2016 Campbell Rinker conducted thousands of on-site interviews at a major publicly-owned midwestern art museum.  The research was helpful in answering administrative, marketing and community outreach questions as to program effectiveness, facilities management, public satisfaction with exhibition offerings, attendance by community and minority members, and helped the Institution develop its long-term strategic plan.  Data from the study continue to assist the Institution as it seeks to inform management decisions with a sound foundation of facts.  Methodology: On-site Intercept Survey
