Dirk Rinker, President and CEO
Dirk has been active in the areas of donor research and direct marketing analysis since 1983. He has been with Campbell Rinker for nine years, helping clients understand and act on the attitudes, behavior and preferences of their most vital constituencies. Prior to joining this firm, he was for 11 years a lead analyst for the Russ Reid Company, a direct response fundraising consultancy. His efforts have aided the fundraising, branding and donor communications strategies of hundreds of organizations, including American Red Cross, Campus Crusade, American Heart Association, University of Iowa, Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Focus on the Family, UCLA, American Cancer Society, Corcoran Gallery of Art, Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, the Carter Presidential Center, Museum of Modern Art, World Vision US, California State University system, Tiger Woods Foundation and many others. Dirk earned his BA in Advertising with honors from San Jose State University. He speaks frequently at conferences for non-profits on marketing research and direct marketing topics.

Jim McGee, Consulting Vice President
Jim is an expert statistician with broad experience in both quantitative and qualitative research. In his work for Campbell Rinker, he has aided clients such as the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan, City of Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo County, the University of Iowa, Healthy Communities, and the San Luis Obispo Convention and Visitors Bureau. In addition, he has served powerhouse organizations such as the US Army, AARP, and the American Heart Association. Jim holds an M.S. degree in Marketing Research from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has worked with Campbell Rinker since 2000.

Jennifer Spencer, Director of Custom Research
During her past 12 years with Campbell Rinker, there have been few projects at Campbell Rinker that Jennifer hasn't been involved with at some level. Jennifer now supervises the firm's office near Boston. Her efforts include projects for the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, the Museum of Modern Art, Focus on the Family, Compassion International, and scores of others. She specializes in custom donor and member research, largely consisting of telephone, online and intercept surveys, focus groups, and online discussion boards. Jennifer also oversees all of Campbell Rinker's data analytics. She graduated summa cum laude from Biola University with a BA in Psychology. Jennifer is a member of the Market Research Association (MRA) and the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO).

Justin Cross, Director of Syndicated Research
Justin has been with Campbell Rinker since 2002. Justin oversees all syndicated research published by Campbell Rinker.  He also manages a wide variety of custom research projects, including but not limited to online surveys, mail surveys, phone surveys, discussion groups, and in-person focus groups.  He’s managed projects for the Chronicle of Philanthropy, Focus on the Family, International Code Council, National Athletic Trainers Association, San Diego County Fair, University of Michigan, and many more.  Justin holds a B. S. in Business Administration from California State University. He is a member of the Market Research Association (MRA) and the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO).  Justin has also served as an adjunct instructor for Santa Barbara Business College.
